Before you buy a home, Stream can evaluate the actual overall heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system performance as an installed system versus its designed performance or the equipment's laboratory SEER rating (which excludes ductwork).

We also identify airflow imbalances that make rooms too hot or cold, identify airflow restrictions that reduce comfort and efficiency, measure amount of duct leakage and thermal losses, and many other operating parameters.
