Air Duct Cleaning & Renovations
Some duct systems need to be cleaned. Some don't. Some need serious help because they have deeper issues, such as end-of-life failure, damage, mold, leakiness, wrong-sized, etc., that cleaning can't resolve. Or maybe the way the ducts have been installed make it very difficult to actually get clean! But you'll never hear a carpet/duct cleaning company admit that!
When duct systems have deeper issues, they need a renovation... or maybe a complete replacement. Don't waste your money on cleaning if they're not worth cleaning. Flexible ducts (installed in homes after 1980) have a life span of 20-30 years. They don't last as long as the older metal systems. Do yours need a renovation?
