    Stream Residential will guarantee your next 12 months total energy consumption (based on your bills) will be lower than the previous 12 months by a percentage amount given to you by our Building Analyst up front, or we'll credit you the difference up to $500!! Stream must install the home improvements through our Goldstar program or equivalent in-house process for the Guarantee to be valid. Reimbursement based on original energy rates.
